Discover USA Layout - PHP and SA Blog Hop

Image may contain: text
Hello everyone! If you haven't joined the blog hop at Paper House Productions make sure to stop by! There are prizes and lots of inspiration. We have also teamed up with 3L Scrapbook Adhesives so make sure to stop by their site too. We have giveaways on Facebook, Instagram and the blog.
Here is the layout I made using the Discover USA collection. I love this map paper so I dug out pictures from all our family adventures since my daughter was born. I guess we need to get to central USA! I used the puffy stickers all over the layout and a 3D title sticker. The cardstock stickers had the perfect journaling spot and the planner stickers had the small tags where I could label each picture.
The best part of the layout is the adhesive! Seriously, I love the E-Z Runner and will never go to the dollar store again for adhesive! I also used the 2" x 2" clear pockets for a couple keepsakes from our trips. The back peels off so it is well adhered to the paper and has a sticky square to keep the pocket closed. The final 3L product I used were the photo corners. They come in different colours and I used silver and black.

All Tied Up Layout - Sketches In Thyme

There is a great sketch this week at Sketches In Thyme. It's so easy to use - you can make it really simple or really complicated. I began with my pictures and liked how the colours match the Jillibean Soup Healthy Hello Collection. Since the papers in this collection are quite busy, I decided to keep the layout fairly simple with a plain cardstock background and borders around the papers so they didn't get lost in one another.
Here is the sketch:
No automatic alt text available.
I decided to not use the flag on the left but add some string since my theme was "all tied up".
Supplies
Jillibean Soup - Healthy Hello
Blue cardstock
Yellow embroidery thread
I hope you can find time to join the challenge this week. Thanks for stopping by!

Embrace Today Flip Album - Paper House

Hello everyone! I'm so excited to share this flip album with you. Paper House Productions has so many cool products - the flip albums are no exception. Our family just got back from a trip to California. It was so nice to have a keepsake from our trip documented only a week later. The best part is it can sit on an end table for easy access and flipping.
Here is the cover of the album. It took no time at all to put this together. It comes with the gold photo corners and clear stickers. I added some 3D stickers for dimension. I'll definitely be making more flip albums as gifts or keepsakes from special events.

Here the top photo has been flipped up. I used lots of stickers from the Paradise Found collection to enhance the album.
Here is the previous photo flipped up to show the next layer. My daughter was obsessed with map reading.
This card slides out of the pocket. This was my daughter's first time touching the ocean.
This is the other side of the pocket and card.
I used a sticker from the Life Organized collection for my journaling and made sure my photo didn't hang out the bottom when the top was flipped down.
This is the inside of the previous image with a nice space for journaling.
Here is the bottom of the album showing what I added underneath.

Hello Baby Boy and Girl Cards

My latest project for Paper House Productions is a set of baby cards. We had a baby boy and girl join our extended family last month so of course some card making was in order. The Hello Baby Boy and Girl sets were perfect for this task.
Here is a look at the boy card. They are both 6 x 6 size. I made a shaker with some sequins and layered it in front of a cut apart card. I used my Silhouette to cut out the rattle.
Here is the inside of the card. I like to decorate the inside so there is something fun to look at. I made some circle with leftover paper.
Here is a closer look at the girl card. I used my Silhouette to cut out a star and layered a shaker packet behind it. I cut apart the sentiment from a card and outlined the star in black.
I wanted to carry the sentiment through the inside so I made use of the extra star piece and some stickers.
