Mommy's Birthday Layout

I am entering the challenge at Challenge Yourself #19: Anything Goes. This means scrapping a picture of myself. I had to dig way back to 2011 to find one. Geez. These were taken on my birthday three months after my daughter was born. For the longest time I couldn't look at pictures from this time because it was so difficult for me but now that I am better, I can enjoy them. Special shout out to my sister-in-law for baking awesome cupcakes.


I chose Sketch #122 from Feeling Sketchy.

I noticed that The Paper Girls #82 were having a birthday challenge this month and joined in on the fun.

I used paper from We Are Memory Keepers: Madame Royale. I used my circle cutter to make a stencil and then pasted the strings of gems around the stencil.
