Bookmarks for Paper House Productions

We have been making off the page projects on the Paper House Productions blog. I made three bookmarks for my project using a variety of new products. I made two bookmarks as thank-you gifts for a teacher and another to celebrate fall. If you have bits and pieces of a collection, this is a great way to use them up and add a handmade touch to a gift.
For the fall bookmark I layered two papers from the Autumn Woods collection. I cut out the sentiment from another paper and decorated with cardstock and epoxy stickers. I used a hole punch and added some matching twine.
For this teacher bookmark, I used the new Great Outdoors papers for the background. Then I mixed a bunch of school themed stickers. I love how the planner stickers, puffy stickers and mixed stickers all look together.
For the final bookmark, I used a paper from the Color Washed Paper Pad. Then I cut the packaging paper off the mixed stickers for the lined paper. I topped it off with a mixture of stickers.
That's it for me! I hope you have a moment to check out all the fun stickers and papers in the shop and don't forget to put those leftover supplies to use!

Keepin' It Real Layout for S.I.T.

I'm on the Sketches In Thyme blog today with this layout. I did something a little different and used an assignment my daughter did in school. I love her answers and having a record of her printing and spelling in grade 1.
Here is the sketch:
This was a real stash buster. I liked the background paper with the world on it so I used the Pink Paislee Atlas collection as my base. Then I used random die cuts that came from garage sales. I added some Shimelle buttons and painted the title.
Supplies
Pink Paislee - Atlas
Shimelle - Go Now Go Buttons
Blue paint
Pink Paislee - Take Me Away Thickers

Oh, Hello There Layout

I needed some inspiration so I headed over to Paper Issues and looked at this month's sketch. I grabbed my bag of Amy Tangerine products, found a photo to match and had a layout done in no time. I decided on Amy Tangerine because I recently went to a scrappy garage sale and got embellishments to match to mountain of papers.
Here is the sketch. I stayed pretty true to it.
Supplies
Amy Tangerine - Better Together
Embellishments - On A Whim and Finder's Keepers
Yellow twine
Pink sequins
Dollarama flower sticker

Autumn Woods Traveler's Notebook for P.H.P.

I'm up on the Paper House Productions blog today to show you the Autumn Woods Life Organized Collection. Today I have used a traveler's notebook to document a trip through a neighbour's property. He is 95 years old and has the coolest yard in town. We visited during the fall so this collection is perfect for this adventure. I completed three different spreads in the notebook.
I used a little bit of everything in my notebook and mixed in alphas and papers from other collections too. The first spread has some fussy cutting of the leaves and the pretty stick-on pocket. For the second spread, I used Lake Life papers and a cut file to create the background. I wanted something that looked like a maze so this tree cookie was perfect! You can pick it up for free in the Paper Issues store. Again, I think I almost used one of everything in this collection on this spread. The Life Organized products are great for a traveler's notebook since planners are about the same size.
This is my favourite page with the washi tape acting as a border and the guffelwarf pictures! I hope you take a moment to read the journaling and check out how cute the different products look all clustered together.
Thanks for stopping by today! Have a great day!
